The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and driving profitability. This is a full-time permanent position with great growth opportunities within our expanding company.

Profile:

Experience required as GM or AGM Experience for a lifestyle upscale standalone restaurant for an International Group renowned on this segment this is mandatory. Experience in Dubai or the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including managing staff scheduling and ensuring high-quality service is provided at all times
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
  3. Monitor and control all aspects of the budget including labor, food, and beverage costs
  4. Maintain high standards of food quality presentation and service
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  6. Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work culture
  7. Foster relationships with customers and respond to their feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotions and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to improve performance
  10. Oversee inventory management and ordering to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make strategic business decisions
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end standalone restaurant. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of driving sales and increasing profitability. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations including inventory management and cost control. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of local health and safety regulations. Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus. Remote Work: No.
