We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Restaurant Operations Manager to spearhead our pre-opening efforts in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and significant pre-opening experience in the restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the pre-opening phase, including staffing, training, menu planning, and setup.
  • Ensure that all operational procedures are in place prior to opening day, including equipment setup, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
Restaurant Operations Management:
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless functioning, exceptional customer service, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, food costs, and labor costs within budgetary guidelines.
Staff Supervision and Development:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff members, including servers, chefs, and support staff.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
Customer Experience and Satisfaction:
  • Foster a customer-centric environment by greeting and interacting with guests, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Implement strategies to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Financial Management:
  • Prepare budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and generate reports for management review.
Health and Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
  • Implement and enforce procedures to minimize accidents and injuries among staff and guests.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor, preferably with pre-opening experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems efficiently.
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • Understanding of UAE labor and health regulations.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
