As a Chef De Partie specializing in the Cold Kitchen, you will play a crucial role in our culinary team.

You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of cold dishes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute cold food items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of all food products to prevent spoilage and maintain freshness.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and other team members to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cold kitchen area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Uphold La Vita Catering's commitment to excellence in every aspect of food preparation and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role, with a focus on cold kitchen operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of cold food preparation techniques and presentation styles.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing dishes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Availability locally and immediately.

Pay:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
