Client Account Manager

Responsibilities:
The Client Accounts' Manager (CAM) is responsible for retention and strategic growth of revenue from Client Accounts, for the company by assuming complete ownership and responsibility of the assigned Client Accounts for their Air, Ocean, Land, inbound, outbound and cross trade traffic.
To be the one-point-of-contact, responsible to provide end-to-end logistics solutions to clients through effective coordination with Agents, Shipping companies, Clients and with all other relevant parties locally and internationally, in compliance with applicable regulations and ensure satisfaction of clients.
Have up-to-date market knowledge relating to Airfreight, Ocean freight as well as Knowledge of GCC regulations, Customs requirements, and documentation.
Client Account Management:
- To work on quotations and proposals for import, export and crosstrade services and timely followup in order to win the business contract.
- To provide effective and efficient services to clients through liaison with all the concerned parties such as Agents, Shipping lines, C&F, Govt. Approvals, Transportation, Warehousing etc., ensuring the best Services are provided and clients are satisfied.
- To timely update all the business details from the beginning till the end into FRESA system to enable to extract the necessary client updates.
- To internally coordinate with all concerned parties and provide key recommendations and timely escalations to the Management.
- To liaise with various clients, ensure their satisfaction with timely & seamless service as well as with vendors, by ensuring payment is done inline with the agreed credit terms.
Job / Person Specifications Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Desirable Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management.
Hands on experience in Logistics Management software Experience in Logistics
Job Skills:
Excellent Communication skills in English, strategic understanding, teamwork, analytical, highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys challenges and is a quick learner possessing excellent interpersonal, organizational and Time Management skills.
Well versed with FRESA software and MS Office. In addition, he/she must have the ability to prioritize and follow through in providing accurate and reliable information in a fast- paced, multitasking environment.
Experience:
5 years independent management of end-to-end client account management.
Pay:
AED7, AED9,000.00 per month

- Client Management in Shipping company: 6 years (required)
- quotations and proposals for import, export and cross-trade: 5 years (required)
- submitting regular weekly / monthly MIS reports: 5 years (required)
- working on FRESA software: 3 years (required)
