Engage with patients in a compassionate and professional manner, addressing their inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing necessary information about our services.


  • Appointment Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up on scheduled appointments, confirming dates, times, and any pre-appointment instructions to enhance patient satisfaction and attendance.

Lead Conversion:

Utilize effective communication techniques to convert leads into scheduled appointments, providing detailed information about our services and benefits to potential patients.


Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, fostering trust and loyalty through ongoing communication and support.

Administrative Support:
Assist in administrative tasks related to patient scheduling, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate patient databases.

Collaborative Teamwork:

Work closely with other team members, including clinicians and administrative staff, to ensure seamless patient experiences and efficient operations.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a patient-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and address their concerns effectively.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, particularly in managing schedules and follow-up processes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all interactions.
  • Previous experience in sales or lead conversion is highly desirable.

Salary:
From AED8,000.00 per month
