A leading Private Bank's DIFC office is searching for a Client Support Manager, where the person is expected to support RMs in day to day client support and also execute Trades through their Bloomberg Terminal. Due to the Trades Execution element of the role, the standard working hours will be 12 PM to 9 PM from Monday – Friday

The Role

Support RMs in providing and advancing excellent service to clients to achieve client retention.

Partner with Client & Business Support in Head Office ensuring timely transaction processing and service delivery of clients' requirements.

Understand client requirements and assist RMs in maintenance of account relationships in terms of trading and credit.

Execute trades across a mix of investment products using Bloomberg

Requirements

At least 5 years in a strong client service focus

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Knowledge of Private Banking investment products such as Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, FX Structured Notes and Derivatives (Futures & Options)

Knowledge on use of Bloomberg

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
