Our purple flight cases travel the world – from major festivals to impressive TV shows and exciting sporting events As Commercial Director Middle East , you are part of our inside sales team, which generates sales with our clients in Dubai. You are leading the commercial activity for our Dubai branch in the GCC area, and you will build and promote healthy, long-lasting customer relations with existing and new customers. Right now, the team consists of one other account manager, with projected growth in the coming years. You will identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends related to new products, competitor movements, potential clients and more. You will also generate sales directly, advise clients on technical and commercial levels, and manage order intake, product availability, budgets and contracts. What we expect from you: Proven professional work experience with lighting equipment for the entertainment industry, preferably with 3+ years of experience Proven experience with sales and team management (at least 2 years) Team player with a commercial vision, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective communication High proficiency in English (proficient in written communication).
