- Lead the renewal of healthcare,life and disability insurance, maintaining strong relationshipswith providers, brokers, andconsultants.
- Negotiate contracts, overseeservice levels, and ensure programs are cost-effective andcompetitive.
- Collaborate with vendors toenhance benefits programs and elevate the employeeexperience.
- Conduct thorough evaluations ofexisting benefits, identify improvement opportunities, and developinnovative, strategic solutions.
- Stay abreastof industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices tocontinuously improve benefitsofferings.
- Oversee the implementation of new ormodified benefits programs, including developing communicationstrategies and conducting employee educationsessions.
- Promote wellness initiatives andemployee assistance programs, fostering a supportive workenvironment.
- Develop and periodically updatepolicies related to employee benefits andrewards.
- Conduct global inventory andbenchmarking of benefits, leveraging the Employee Value Proposition(EVP) to educate leaders and HR teams about benefits offerings inthe Middle East, enhancing talent attraction andretention.
Rewards:
- Leadthe annual salary review and annual bonus review processes,including salary benchmarking, and merit increase recommendations,ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with regulatory,budgetary requirements and companystrategy.
- Provide strategic guidance on salaryand incentive proposals, job structuring, and compensationguidelines to HR managers and businessleaders.
- Conduct market research and analysisto benchmark compensation levels, benefits, and incentivestructures against industry standards andcompetitors.
- Manage and track the Out of Cycle(OOC) adjustments for reporting and budgetanalysis.
