People Culture Manager

What You WillDo
- Developand implement strategic People and Culture initiatives that supportorganizational goals and values.
- Design andimplement employee development programs, including training,mentoring, and succession planning.
- Manageemployee relations, address grievances, and resolve conflicts tomaintain a positive work environment.
- Ensurecompliance with local labor laws, regulations, and companypolicies. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffingneeds and develop workforce plans.
- Develop andadminister competitive compensation and benefits packages. Monitorand evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and processes, andimplement improvements as needed.
- Foster aculture of diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement throughvarious initiatives and events.
- Oversee People& Culture-related budgeting, expense tracking, and costcontrol measures.
What YouBring
- Bachelor's degree in HumanResources, Business Administration, or a related field;Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5-7years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in amanagerial role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE laborlaws and regulations, as well as best practices in HRmanagement.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at alllevels.
- Proven experience in developing andimplementing strategic HR initiatives that drive organizationalsuccess.
- Experience in managing employeerelations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts in a fairand consistent manner.
- Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills to evaluate and improve HR programs andprocesses.
