**HRBP - People & Culture / Employee Engagement/ Employee Relations**

We are looking for HRBP who will be a strategic partner to business leaders and provides HR support. Working closely with Managers to align HR practices with business objectives and provide guidance on talent management, employee relations, performance management and workforce planning. The HRBP requires a deep understanding of the business operations as well as HR best practices. The HRBP and HR Director will work closely together collaboratively to ensure the organizations HR function is aligned with business objectives and best practices and to create a more effective and efficient HR function that supports the overall success of the organization.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Serve as a central point of contact for employees and managers, fostering strong relationships.
- Proactively support HR processes and address conflicts, promoting positive employee relations and a conducive work environment.
- Demonstrate empathy towards others.
- Track relevant metrics and KPIs to drive business results.
- Build effective mentorship and relationships.
- Implement interventions for rewards, recognition, employee wellness, diversity, inclusion, and talent management.
- Provide advice and suggestions for culture-related initiatives.
- Identify gaps, propose changes, and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with management to find optimal solutions for employees.
- Drive performance improvement and positive changes in people management.
- Develop succession plans for key talents and positions.
- Support new hires throughout onboarding and career progression.
- Streamline HR functions, report on metrics, enhance retention, predict staffing needs, manage terminations, ensure compliance, and promote staff wellness.
- Conduct orientation, communicate expectations, maintain staff relations, and manage internships.
- Enhance and monitor employee productivity.
- Structure compensation and benefit packages.
- Manage staff wellness initiatives.
- Evaluate staffing needs and oversee recruitment.
- Implement succession planning for critical roles.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers.
- Assist with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
- Optimize organizational design for productivity and performance.
- Develop a future-proof compensation and benefits strategy.
- Able to handle sensitive employee information and must demonstrate the highest standards of ethical conduct and confidentiality.
- Managing HR projects, such as talent management initiatives, HR system implementations, or process improvements.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives. The ability to effectively manage change, facilitate employee transition, and drive cultural transformation is highly valued.
- Collect and analyze HR data, generate reports and insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic HR decision-making.

Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy enforcement.

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
