You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote a positive work environment, support employee engagement, and align with our company's values and mission. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in successful startups, as they bring fresh and innovative thinking to our organization.Key Responsibilities:Culture Development & Maintenance:Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that reflects our values and mission.Develop and implement programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.Organize team-building activities, social events, and other initiatives to boost morale and create a cohesive team environment.Employee Engagement & Well-being:Monitor and assess employee satisfaction through surveys, feedback sessions, and regular check-ins.Develop and implement wellness programs to support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of employees.Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.Talent Acquisition & Management:Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.Develop career development programs and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.HR Policies & Compliance:Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with local labor laws and regulations.Manage employee records and ensure data confidentiality and integrity.Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions as needed.Strategic Planning:Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in HR practices.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep our HR strategies current and effective.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Skills:Proven experience in a People & Culture role, with a preference for candidates who have worked in successful startups.Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Passion for fostering a positive company culture and ensuring employee happiness.Why join our client?Be part of a creative and innovative company that is making a significant impact in the event planning industry.Work in a vibrant and dynamic environment in Dubai, a city known for its cultural diversity and exciting lifestyle.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and inclusive workplace where your contributions are valued.
