What will I bedoing?

As a Front OfficeSupervisor, you will oversee the front office activities betweenthe Guest, the hotel, and the various hotel departments. A FrontDesk Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activities thatcreate the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, mustperform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Supervise Front Desk operationsduring your assigned shift to a consistently highstandard
  • Ensure your shift team have a currentknowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and specialpromotional offers, as well as daily VIP and specialevents
  • Advise your shift team of any specialevents or VIP Guests in the hotel thatday
  • Monitor the appearance, standards, andperformance of Team Members with an emphasis on training and teamwork
  • Maximize sales revenues through up-sellingand marketing program
  • Manage Guest requests,inquiries, and complaints promptly andcompletely
  • Maintain the professional appearanceof the Front Desk with a focus on hospitality and Guestservice

  • Front Officeexperience in the hotel, leisure, and/or retailsector
  • Strong commercial/business awareness anddemonstration of sales capabilities
  • Calm,organized work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meetdeadlines
  • Excellent supervisory,inter-personal, and communication skills
  • Apassion for delivering exceptional levels of Guestservice

Itwould be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate thefollowing capabilities and distinctions:

  • A relevant supervisory/managementcertificate/diploma or degree
