- Billing and Payment: The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for managing billing and payment transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and ensuring that all charges are accurately recorded.
- Guest Communication: The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for communicating with guests to ensure that all needs are met and that any concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
