The HR Business Partner UAE isresponsible for the GroupM function for UAE covering all aspectsfrom onboarding performance management employee engagement andwellbeing company culture and HR operations. This role will bereporting to the GroupM People and Talent Director MENA. The roleis required to work with the managing directors and head ofpractices as an internal business partner across all GroupMentities. This individual should possess the ability to functionindependently and proactively in a professional manner whilemanaging multiple concurrentdeadlines.

  • Performance &Succession Planning
  • Lead Culture Amp and annualperformance appraisal cycle for UAE market including performanceappraisal training communication of timelines follow up to ensure100% completion.
  • Assess group training needsworking with management internal L&D team and outsidevendors to set up appropriatetrainings.
  • Working with agency stakeholders toanalyze talent data to determine high performance employeespromotion potential and succession planning across thebusiness.
  • Maintain organizational charts forall markets.
  • Employee Engagement Wellbeing andCulture
  • Lead on the yearly employee engagementsurvey for your market by analyzing the data present it to the MDsof the agencies and work with them on an action plan to addressemployees concerns.
  • Driving the cultural& wellbeing initiatives for UAEmarket.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders on DEIinitiatives and projects for UAEmarket.
  • Onboarding &Exit
  • Oversee new starter process ensuringemployees are provided with all information and resourcesrequired.
  • Manage medical insurance programadministration for new employees.
  • Conduct exitinterviews identifying trends and ways to help reduceattrition.
  • Legal &Compliance
  • Ensure policies and processes arerelevant up to date and fit for purpose.
  • Incompliance with SOX requirements and audit maintain accurateemployment records.
  • Consult with and advisemanagement on employee relations matters and companypolicies.
  • Administration &Reporting
  • Maintenance of employee records anddata through HRMS Preparation of regular reports for local and EMEAmarket as required.
