Manager - Planning Records Warranty

1. Oversee the maintenance strategy andforecasting for short/medium/long term.
2. Verifies thatall associated actions are compliant with CAMO (ContinuingAirworthiness Management Organization) regulations, operationaldemands, and quality
standards.
3. Overseesthe ad-hoc maintenance requirements & ensures to reduce AOGand maintain corporate image.
4. Plans, executes, andcompletes at least 98% of the intervals between planned eventsusing the tools, database, and resources available in order tomaximize
utilization and minimize maintenance costswhile taking operational limitations and labor availability intoaccount.
5. Oversees system for tracking and documentingaircraft hours and cycles.
6. Ensures that all data,documentation, manuals, and certifications are promptly andaccurately updated, published, disseminated, and archived bothmanually and
on systems in accordance with establishedstandards and processes.
7. Ensures system is maintainedto prepare and archive all work packages and job cards for theentire fleet and Third-Party aircrafts types of routine andnon-routine
checks.
8. Ensures cost-effectiveutilization of resources, systems and tools.
9. Ensuresall warranty documents issued by the AircraftManufacturer/OEM’s & Vendors arereviewed.
10. Ensures database of all services contractswith the corresponding warranties are maintained; check the list ofthings in unserviceable rooms to ensure that warranties or claimsare implemented asnecessary.



KeyResult Responsibilities - Continued

11. Observesthe on-wing inspection/rectification to build successful claims;engages in other workgroups whenever specific in-depth expertise isrequired to contest
the declined warranty claims.Coordinates with Finance on the settlement of claims as per adoptedprocedures.
12. Identifies high-valued, frequentlyutilized consumables that qualify for warranty remedies to berouted to U/S bay; constantly negotiates with suppliers to obtain
FOC (Free of Charge) replacements.
13.Collaborates with Hubs to discover possible cases for warrantyclaims.
14. Keeps technical and contractual knowledge upto date. Maintains professional relationship with all warrantyteams at OEMs, Vendors.
15. Co-ordinates with Financeteam on the settlement of claims as per adoptedprocedures.
16. Scrutinizes heavy maintenance checkpackage for the NRCs raised and identifying and taking appropriateaction by generating warranty claims.
17. Monitors theoverall performance of warranties / guarantees/modifications(including engines, APUs, components, aircraft defects, etc.) toensure that eligible
ones are timely claimed andsuccessfully settled as per contractual commitments.
18.Oversees day to day warranty team and support in addressing queriesfrom External Internal stakeholder.
19. Providesdirection, coaching & guidance to team members for theircareer & professional Development.
20. Create aconducive working environment to build and sustain a performancedriven, engaged, and committed team.  
21. Managesperformance of respective teams through objective setting,continuous support, feedback, and formal reviews to ensure businessobjectives are met;
Ensures conflict management,grievances handling, disciplinary issues are handled effectively inline with company procedures.
22. Perform additional taskas assigned by Line manager.
