Overviewof the role
As a Lexus SalesConsultant in Ras Al Khaimah you will be able to maximiseevery sales opportunity and build long term business relationshipswith all our customers. You will be responsible to achieve salestargets with retained gross margins on units and maximize theuptake of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products tradeins andaccessory sales while maintaining expected standards on CSV& NPS throughout the customerjourney.
Whatyou will do
- Sales Volume:Achieve and maintain the Company prescribed sales standards forhis/her area of operation which improves and maintains company andbrand image and prestige
- Customer Satisfaction:Achieve or exceed CSI/ NSP objectives thereby ensuring maximumcustomer satisfaction and repeat sales
- CompanySales and Prospecting Systems: Adhere to company sales andprospecting systems. Achieve or exceed the target on number ofprospects logged which ensures achievement of Companys businessobjectives and a larger customer/prospectbase
- Cash and Credit Control: Ensure thatCompany procedures are adhered to while handling cash and creditcustomers. This ensures safety of cash and minimal chances of anyloss
- Improvement and Upgrading: Constantlyimprove and update knowledge especially product range featuresgeneral automotive industry new features and their benefitstechnical developments market trends selling techniques andcustomer handling skills which inturn enhance performanceconsiderably
Requiredskills to be successful
- 2years sales experience Automotive sales backgrounddesirable
- Upselling skills and ability tocreate value from new products
- Exceptionalwritten and spoken communication skills
- Strongnegotiation skills with evident ability to influence customerchoices
Aboutthe team
The role acts to meet Branch Sales andF&I targets while simultaneously ensuring that eachcustomer is provided a onestop offer in the sales process. The roleholder Interacts directly with Branch Manager Branch SalesExecutives Branch Support Staff. People working within theautomotive Retail industry often have to work extended hours mostevenings and weekends to achieve theirtargets.
Whatequips you for therole
- Degree or Diplomaeducation preferred but not essential
- Essentialto have at least 2 years experience in a similar sales position inretail sales
- English is essential and Arabic isdesirable.
- Leadership negotiation andinfluencing skills ability to build strong customer relationshipsconflict resolution ability to think clearly under pressure abilityto take decisions and follow through. Strong teamplayer.
- UAE Driving license isrequired Possess Technical knowledge of automobilesnegotiation and influencing skills
