Enterprise Software Sales Manager

Weare seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Sales Manager with astrong background in selling offtheshelf software products for thebanking sector. As a key member of our sales team you will beresponsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition ofnew clients and the expansion of existingaccounts.Responsibilities:
- Developand execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targetswithin the banking sector in MiddleEast
- Identify and qualify leads conduct productdemonstrations and negotiate contracts to close salesdeals.
- Lead the process of requirementgathering from clients and prospects to understand their specificneeds and challenges.
- Collaborate with internalteams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that addressclient requirements and showcase the value of our softwaresolutions.
- Lead pricing and contractnegotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements arereached.
- Build and maintain strongrelationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders atprospective and existing clientorganizations.
- Provide ongoing clientrelationship management including regular communication issueresolution and ensuring clientsatisfaction.
- Gather feedback from clients andprospects to continuously refine and improve sales materials andstrategies.
- Stay updated on industry trendscompetitive landscape and customer requirements to inform salesstrategies and proposal developmentefforts.
- Provide regular sales forecastspipeline updates and performance reports to seniormanagement.
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; MBAis a plus.
- Minimum of 10 15 years of provenexperience in enterprise software sales with a focus on the bankingand insurance sectors.
- Demonstrated trackrecord of meeting or exceeding sales targets andquotas.
- Excellent communication andpresentation skills with the ability to articulate complextechnical concepts to nontechnicalaudiences.
- Strong negotiation and persuasionskills with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and closehighvalue deals.
- Willingness to travelextensively within Middle East to meet with clients andprospects.
- Proven experience in requirementgathering and proposal building for enterpriselevel softwaresolutions.
- Experience in pricing and contractnegotiations.
- Strong client relationshipmanagement skills with a focus on customer satisfaction andretention.
- Proactive resultsdriven andcustomerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptionalservice.
