Enterprise Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
**Develop Enterprise Marketing Strategy**:Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to reach enterprise clients.
Identify key target markets and segments within the enterprise sector.
**Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition**:Generate high-quality leads through various channels such as inbound marketing, outbound marketing, events, and partnerships.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into enterprise clients.
**Content Marketing and Thought Leadership**:Create compelling content that showcases our expertise and value proposition for enterprise clients.
Establish the company as a thought leader in the enterprise sector.
**Marketing Collateral and Sales Support**:Develop marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, and sales materials that resonate with enterprise clients.
Provide sales teams with the tools and resources needed to engage with enterprise prospects effectively.
**Data Analysis and Optimization**:Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Provide regular reports on key marketing metrics and ROI.
**Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in the enterprise space.
Use market research to inform marketing strategies and product development.
**Budget Management**:Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in enterprise sales and marketing, with a track record of success.
- Deep knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities.
- Data-driven mindset and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in marketing software, technology solutions, or services to enterprise clients.
- Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Understanding of the sales and purchasing processes within large enterprises.
- Certification in relevant marketing technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
Working Conditions:
- This role may require occasional travel for industry events and client meetings.
**Salary**: From AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
