  • Leadglobal demand generation campaign strategy, planning, and executionfor HP’s hybrid work products and solutions, with a focuson driving pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Drive aholistic view of B2B demand generation strategies across variousmarketing motions, ensuring alignment and scalability acrossmultiple channels and regions.
  • Oversee thedevelopment of B2B demand generation campaigns, including customerjourneys, offers, and funnel optimization to engage targetaudiences effectively.
  • Measure and optimizecampaign performance against revenue growth goals, providingactionable insights to improve engagement and conversionrates.
  • Manage a team of campaign managers,ensuring the successful execution of global campaigns and alignmentwith business objectives.
  • Collaborate withcross-functional teams to define data requirements, track campaignperformance, and provide ongoing reporting to internalstakeholders.
  • Partner with Field Marketingleads to plan mid-to-lower funnel campaign activations andaccelerate opportunities and conversions.
  • Drivecross-channel efficiency and maximize ROI on campaigninvestments.
  • Represent the global campaign teamat leadership forums, sharing updates and insights on campaignperformance.
  • Collaborate with Sales and MarketDevelopment teams to ensure successful follow-up and engagementwith prospects from demand gen campaigns.
  • Workclosely with partner marketing to develop and execute campaignstrategies leveraging the partnerecosystem.
  • Coordinate localization andtranslation workflows with internal and external teamsglobally.

What YouBring

  • 10+years of experience in campaign management related to B2Bmarketing, with a track record of driving pipeline generation anddeal velocity.
  • Experience with hardware andsoftware products/solutions preferred.
  • 3+ yearsof experience in managing high-performanceteams.
  • Strong analytical skills with theability to track and analyze key performance metrics forcampaigns.
  • Experience with target accountstrategy and segmentation to build target lists for demand gencampaigns.
  • Ability to work with multiple datasources, analyze insights, and translate them into actionablestrategies.
  • Excellent communication, writing,and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complextechnical ideas for diverseaudiences.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, andcreative with strong project management skills and the ability tomanage multiple prioritiessimultaneously.
  • Proven ability to collaborateeffectively as part of a cross-functional team and workautonomously.
  • Strategic thinker withexceptional attention to detail in execution.

What Gives You AnEdge

  • Experience with Eloqua, Dynamics,Power BI, and ABM platforms is a plus.
  • Directexperience working with external agencies and executinghigh-visibility campaigns with large stakeholdergroups.
  • Experience working in a media agency,particularly within tech brands, isadvantageous.
