We are leading the executive search for a Director B2B Marketplace on behalf of our market-leading client, a long-established specialist in the Manufacturing & FMCG sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute the B2B strategy aligned with overall company objectives, driving growth and success in the B2B segment.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B customers, suppliers, and partners, fostering collaboration and addressing their needs effectively.
  3. Oversee the development and enhancement of B2B-specific products and services.
  4. Extensive experience in B2B marketplace, business development, or related roles.
  5. Drive business growth and revenue by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the B2B market segment.
  6. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive B2B customer acquisition and retention.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  8. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize business performance.
Experience & Qualifications:

Degree: Degree in business administration or a related field (Executive MBA preferred).

Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the B2B marketplace, including an understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Familiarity: Familiarity with B2B e-commerce platforms and solutions is advantageous.

Track Record: Proven track record of driving business growth, revenue generation, and strategic partnerships within the B2B sector.

Leadership: Effective leadership and team management abilities.

Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

Experience: 7+ years of B2B Marketplace experience.
