Responsibilities

Whatyou'll do

  • Strategy and CampaignManagement
    • Develop and implement a multi-channeldemand generation strategy that is aligned with the overallmarketing and business objectives
    • Determine andcontinuously optimize the tactical mix between email, digitaladvertising, SEO, events, webinars, andsocial
    • Evaluate, select and manage outsideagencies that contribute to the demand creationprograms
  • Lead generationand pipeline development
    • Manage all inbound andoutbound demand generation channels to deliver a predictable volumeof leads and pipeline
    • Manage demand generationtactics and A/B test to continuously improveresults
  • Analytics andReporting
    • Set program goals, analyze campaignresults in detail, and make data-based adjustments to driveimprovement
    • Manage the allocation ofperformance marketing budget to achieve the greatest return for ourdollars
    • Build reports and dashboards to monitorand communicate lead gen activity
    • Develop clearand succinct narratives that educate and engage senior leadershipon demand genperformance
  • Team andCross-functional Management
    • Collaborate withmarketing team to execute content, events and product marketinginitiatives to help achieve demand gengoals
    • Partner with sales and rev ops to developend-to-end campaigns and ensure strong unit economics across allmarketing channels (LTV/CAC)
    • Maintain afeedback loop between sales & marketing to optimize leadgeneration campaigns and identify opportunities for pipelineacceleration and salesconversions
  • Operations
    • Collaborateclosely with Revenue Operations to support full funnel tracking,build reporting and ensure close alignment with the Sales team onrevenue metrics
    • Monitor existing and developingtechnologies and make recommendations to improveEnumerate’s go-to-market techstack
    • Manage email deliverability, databasehygiene, subscription management and compliance with opt-in lawsandregulations

Requirements

Proventrack record of 6+ years in marketing, with at least 3+ years indemand gen at a B2B company

Experience in aSaaS business, and familiar with the KPIs that drive SaaSperformance

Authorized to work in the USwithout sponsorship

Knowledge in: Deepunderstanding of full-funnel performance marketing and growthlevers (acquisition, adoption/activation, monetization, retention,expansion)

Knowledge in: Proficiency indigital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, lead scoring,nurture programs, list management, segmentation, andtargeting

Knowledge in: Strong analyticalexperience with the ability to use data to optimize campaigns, makesales decisions, and tell a succinctstory

Knowledge in: Excellent cross-functionalcommunication and collaboration skills, including the ability towork with executive leadership and salesteams
