Ourclient a renowned firm is currently seeking a Legal Secretary fortheir Abu Dhabioffice. This roleinvolves collaborating closely with the Compliance department tomanage various legal and administrativeaffairs.

JobResponsibilities:

Ensure documents are appropriately filed and readily available byorganizing and maintaining files.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emailsletters and phonecalls.
Manage calendars by setting up meetings deadlines andappointments.
Assist in department and practice researchtasks.
Assist with billing and administrative tasks (collating billsprocessing invoices drafting narratives and creating coverletters).
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information and ensurecompliance with all relevant laws regulations and ethicalstandards.

Requirements

Tobe considered you should meet the followingrequirements:


  • Bachelorsdegree in law business administration or a related field ispreferred. Relevant certifications or diplomas in legal studies canalso bebeneficial.
  • Previousexperience working as a legal secretary or in a similar role withinan international lawfirm.
  • Fluentin English (spoken andwritten)
  • Proficientin Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPointOutlook)
  • Aboveaverage typingspeed
  • Strongorganizationalskills
  • Exceptionalcustomer serviceskills
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
  • Currentlyin UAE and willing to relocae to AbuDhabi
