  • Ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements for all aspects of ERP, FAP, andPSMP.
  • Develop, implement, and manage all facetsof the Air Arabia Group ERP, FAP, and PSMP, ensuring compliancewith laws, regulations, and companyobjectives.
  • Ensure to link the ERP &FAP plans of all HUBS at Grouplevel.
  • Establish, maintain, and continuouslyupdate Group and HUBS ERP, FAP, and PSMP manuals, trainingmaterials, and other necessarymodifications.
  • Prepare and execute Annual ERP& FAP Drill/Exercise Plans for all hubs, ensuring timelyactions for identified gaps.
  • Establish andcoordinate Stations’ ERP and maintain up to date allnecessary information and contacts.
  • Conduct ERPtraining for station managers, family assistance team members, OCCstaff, and other relevant personnel.
  • Design andconduct emergency response exercises to train employees, Stationmanagers and other stakeholders on disastercontingencies.
  • Procure necessary equipment andtools for training and emergency response, ensuring propercommunication and coordination.
  • Facilitate ERPtraining for Crisis Management Team (CMT)members.
  • Act as liaison with externalorganizations such as third-party service providers and industrygroups on all aspects of ERP and PSMP.
  • Ensurethat all necessary service providers contracts are in place andvalid including but not limited to emergency response, disabledaircraft recovery, PSMP,
  • Ensure all requiredresources are available and functional in crisis managementcenters.
  • Participate to airport ERP drills toassess and align emergency responsepreparedness.
  • Conduct routine stationinspections to evaluate ERPpreparedness.
  • Coordinate and facilitate thecompany's emergency response in the event of accidents,natural disasters, or significantevents.
  • Manage cross-departmental teams and actas a liaison between departments to ensure emergency responsepreparedness and compliance.
  • Develop,implement, and manage all facets of the Air Arabia PSMP, ensuringcompliance with laws, regulations, and companyobjectives.
  • Establish, maintain, andcontinuously update the PSMP manual, training materialsetc.
  • Prepare the test plan for theHUBS.
  • Facilitate internal & externalaudits for ERP, PSMP, FAP etc. and ensure timely actions for auditfindings/ observations.
  • Facilitate Drug& Alcohol tests for safety-sensitive staff as per PSMPrequirements.
  • Coordinate between MedicalCenters and GCAA on all aspects of PSMP.
  • Ensureall records are maintained and back-up isavailable.
  • Maintain professional and technicalknowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, andestablishing networks.
  • Perform any additionalduties as directed by the linemanager.
