Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage, overseeing and support overall operation for all ERP systems.

Working on programing and implementing the new procedures.

Identify ERP user requirements, analyze current issues and determine appropriate course of action

Ensures systems implementations occur in accordance with established Change Management procedures

Manage and conduct ERP training for users when necessary.

Gathering user requirements periodically and adjust current ERP functionalities to have better business process.

Manage system update, system upgrade and user requests effectively and minimizes the risk of system changes by having detail assessment and implementation plan.

Perform any other official duties assigned by the superior(s)

Monitoring the system performance.

Updating the new release to Test and live servers.

Installing and configuring the ERP client system for the users.

Daily backup monitoring.

Job Requirements

Skills in PHP, HTML, JAVA Scrips, and programming.

Strong analytical skills.

Strong knowledge of ERP system

Good skill in database maintenance and SQL query.

**Education**:
Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience is Preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field (ERP system).
