Job Responsibilities:
Lead both the internal IT team & vendor partners in resolving reported issues in ERPs on time as per service level agreementDrive strong problem management by getting the team to deep-dive into issues, looking for patterns & identifying solutions for root-causes, which will ensure long term downward trend in incoming ticketsLead the change management across key tracks (like Supply Chain, HR)

Job Requirements:
