**Project Lead -ERP & E-commerce**

**Role and Responsibility**
- Primary responsibility of this role is to guide the organisation in its digital transformation journey by being a project lead in implementing ODOO ERP across processes and eventually a B2B and B2C e-commerce infrastructure.
- In the first stage, this role will lead the digital transformation effort by working with a third party implementation partner. Project lead will be the primary contact and owner for this full implementation.
- Second stage involves implementing an end-to-end e-commerce infrastructure.
- Third stage involved building a robust team of developers and designers within the organisation towards the end of 2024.
- We are looking for an all-round Odoo framework/XML/Posgresql/Python/ and bug fixing Expert.
- Troubleshoot software issues (Openerp)Experience Must have experience in Openerp (Odoo framework), Posgresql and RML Report.
- Relevant experience in Openerp software development is a MUST. Experience in ERP / HRMS / CRM Projects preferred
- Analyze business needs and business processes to map them correctly with Odoo. And work as a technology consultant & guide inhouse team
- Perform the complete system implementation and advanced configurations.
- Follow up with third-party developers and test modules/functions developed.
- Accompany business in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go live.
- Coach business on how to use Odoo efficiently through individual/group sessions.
- Deliver Odoo functional training sessions on-site or online.
- Experience in research & advisory for new modules, apps, verticals in Odoo to cover specific requirements.
- Understand and document business processes, both in written and visual form (process flows)
- Create Use Cases and review development and production software for correct functionality
- High-level project management including updating and tracking key reporting documentation such as project plans and tasks lists
- Enhancing the quality of IT products and services.
- Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models.
- Finding technological solutions to business requirements.
**Requirements**:
**Desired Profile**
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field.
- Good knowledge of business processes
- Previous functional and technical experience in Odoo
- IT Systems Implementation experience.
- Experience in complex Odoo troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills (English verbal and written), including the ability to work with people from all departments in a company who have varying degrees of computer / technology knowledge.
- Excellent analytical, planning, mapping, and organization skills, combined with client interaction, and being able to make in-the-moment decisions based on new information.
Quick and autonomous learner.

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- THE SAME FIELD: 5 years (preferred)
