The Customer RelationshipCoordinator plays a crucial role in managing and maintainingpositive relationships between the company and its customers.He/she serves as a primary point of contact for customers providingassistance resolving issues and ensuring overall customersatisfaction. This position requires strong communication skillsattention to detail and the ability to multitaskeffectively.

1. Serve as the mainpoint of contact for customers addressing inquiries resolvingcomplaints and providing exceptional customerservice.

2. Coordinate and managecustomer accounts ensuring accurate and uptodate information ismaintained in the companys CRMsystem.

3. Collaborate with internalteams such as housekeeping marketing and operations to ensureseamless customer interactions and to identify opportunities forcrossselling or upselling.

4.Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback assesssatisfaction levels and identify areas forimprovement.

5. Assist in thedevelopment and implementation of customer retention strategiesincluding loyalty programs personalized communication and customeroutreach initiatives.

6. Monitorcustomer interactions and trends to identify potential issues orareas of improvement and escalate them to the appropriatedepartments.

7. Provide training andsupport to customer service representatives ensuring consistent andhighquality customer interactions.

8.Drive membership sales by actively promoting and communicating thebenefits of membership programs to existing and prospectivecustomers.




Requirements

1.Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field (orequivalent work experience).

2. Provenexperience in a customer service or customerfacing role with atrack record of providing exceptional service and maintainingstrong customer relationships.

3.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability toeffectively engage with customers and internalteams.

4. Proficiency in using CRMsoftware and other customer managementtools.

5. Excellent organizationalskills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpacedenvironment.

6. Analytical mindsetwith the ability to gather and interpret customer data to drivedecisionmaking and improve customerexperiences.

7. Flexibility andadaptability to meet changing customer needs and organizationalpriorities.

8. Problemsolving skillsand the ability to handle challenging customer situations withempathy and professionalism.
