**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding inquiries, technical issues and resolutions, related services, complaints, and service proposal explanations.
- Quotation creation and sending for invoicing with necessary information.
- Document technical support interactions and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system such as service reports review, scanning, and filing.
- Prepare the HSSE Permits and communicate with respective safety officers.
- Service team scheduling and team control.
- Service team petty cash handling and OT recording
- Stock handling and part requirements checking
- New sales inquiries are passed to managers.
- Update project documents and customer records
- Drawings and graphics designs for projects and services (AutoCAD/Photoshop etc)
- PPM contract creation and updating the ppm calendar.
- Assist the IT team with portal implementation and other inquiries.
- Assist the logistics team with spare parts and provide the necessary information.
- Assist the finance team with invoicing and provide the necessary information.
- Maintains the service reports, questions, LPO, customer records and necessary documents up to date.
- Work with other members of the (technical) support team to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues, e.g. assist Tradex and TDX member’s IT and mobile phone-related issues
- Maintains office stationery and requests.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technical customers to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technical products or services.
- Assist in the development of technical support documentation and training materials.

**Requirements**:

- High school Diploma or higher in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or customer service role.
- Strong technical skills and understanding of technical products and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage customer interactions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customer situations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Temporary
