Weare seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Sales Manager with astrong background in selling offtheshelf software products for thebanking sector. As a key member of our sales team you will beresponsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition ofnew clients and the expansion of existingaccounts.Responsibilities:
  1. Developand execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targetswithin the banking sector in MiddleEast
  2. Identify and qualify leads conduct productdemonstrations and negotiate contracts to close salesdeals.
  3. Lead the process of requirementgathering from clients and prospects to understand their specificneeds and challenges.
  4. Collaborate with internalteams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that addressclient requirements and showcase the value of our softwaresolutions.
  5. Lead pricing and contractnegotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements arereached.
  6. Build and maintain strongrelationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders atprospective and existing clientorganizations.
  7. Provide ongoing clientrelationship management including regular communication issueresolution and ensuring clientsatisfaction.
  8. Gather feedback from clients andprospects to continuously refine and improve sales materials andstrategies.
  9. Stay updated on industry trendscompetitive landscape and customer requirements to inform salesstrategies and proposal developmentefforts.
  10. Provide regular sales forecastspipeline updates and performance reports to seniormanagement.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; MBAis a plus.
  2. Minimum of 10 15 years of provenexperience in enterprise software sales with a focus on the bankingand insurance sectors.
  3. Demonstrated trackrecord of meeting or exceeding sales targets andquotas.
  4. Excellent communication andpresentation skills with the ability to articulate complextechnical concepts to nontechnicalaudiences.
  5. Strong negotiation and persuasionskills with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and closehighvalue deals.
  6. Willingness to travelextensively within Middle East to meet with clients andprospects.
  7. Proven experience in requirementgathering and proposal building for enterpriselevel softwaresolutions.
  8. Experience in pricing and contractnegotiations.
  9. Strong client relationshipmanagement skills with a focus on customer satisfaction andretention.
  10. Proactive resultsdriven andcustomerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptionalservice.
