Requirements
Bachelor s degree inInformation Technology Computer Science or a relatedfield.
Proven experience as an ITHelp Desk Technician or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systemsMicrosoft Office Suite and common softwareapplications.
Familiarity withnetwork protocols VPN and remote desktopsupport.
Excellent troubleshootingand problemsolving skills.
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explaintechnical concepts to nontechnical users.
Experience with Zoho and ERP systems includingimplementation configuration and usersupport.
Ability to workindependently and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
Relevantcertifications such as CompTIA A CCNA (Cisco Certified NetworkAssociate) or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) arerequired.
Experience in managingbasic security measures and backup systems.
