RoleSummary:

Based in Dubai Channel andTrade Marketing Manager Gulf for Bridgestone Middle East &Africa (BSMEA) reporting into the Branch Manager Gulf. You willdevelop and implement marketing and sales plans and analysis forGulf market to achieve market share and profitabilitytargets


Responsibilities:


TradeMarketing &Communications:

Contribute to thecreation and execution of the Regional MarketingPlan:

  • Understand market and enduserneeds in conjunction with the Regional Marketing teams within BSMEAand Distribution Partners to develop enhance and implementmarketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaboratewith cross functional teams to lead Activations Sellout campaignsSponsorships Events Tactical Campaigns Product Launches andMarketing Tools.
  • Develop the timelines forexecution of aligned marketing plans and manage the full yearmarketing calendar within designatedmarkets.
  • Manage and execute key activations /campaigns in strategic markets (Events PR CSRetc.)
  • Work in conjunction with regional BSMEAfunctions and partners to ensure full alignment and clearcommunication across allstakeholders.

Managing MarketingBudgets:

  • Lead the followupupon market specific executions activities and related expendituresas per the marketing plan.
  • Ensure dataintegrity (Budget Committed Paid) and overallcompliance.
  • Workingclosely with regional communication teams to ensure all successstories best practices are shared anddeployed.

Sales and DataAnalysis:

Collecting monthly sell outdata from sales team and generating the sell out forecast as wellas contingency plans with local teams.

Managementof market back sell out positioning per market and per channel:Build together with the sales systematic collection and review ofmarket back information and align with related parties onpositioning per market and per channel as per our company strategy.

  • Organize monthly business reviewswith partners IBRM (internal & external)
  • Responsible for integrity of data shared withdifferent functions of the branch
  • Analyzingsales results and suggesting collective actions or newinitiatives.
  • Handling sales incentive programfor partners

Retail:

  • Supportthe development of retail network in combination with regionalBSMEA teams and partners. Seek and deploy market specificinitiatives to deliver sustainable businessvalue.

Marketintelligence:

  • Obtain anddevelop market intelligence and insights and disseminate across keystakeholders.
  • Transfer data into decisiveactions and drive and follow up implementation together with therelated sales team and partner.
  • Provideoutstanding market report to Partners and teams driving effortstowards right products and channels while securing Bridgestonesstrategy. Partner with the BSMEA Regional Strategicplanning functions to develop accurate sell out forecasting.

ChannelManagement:

  • Develop andexecute together with the local sales team and partner channelsales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenuegoals.
  • Identify and recruit new channelpartners to expand market reach and penetration. (Digital OERetailers Fleets )
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with existing channel partners providing supporttraining and resources as needed.
  • Collaboratewith internal teams including sales marketing and productdevelopment to ensure alignment and support for channelinitiatives.
  • Monitor market trends competitoractivities and customer feedback to identify opportunities andthreats in the market.
  • Analyze sales data andperformance metrics to track progress against targets and identifyareas for improvement.
  • Set up an environment tobecome partner of choice for channelleaders.

RequiredQualifications:

  • Degreequalified.
  • Possess a minimum of 10 years ofcombined marketing and sales preferably in tire automotiveindustrial or comparable B2B industries orsectors.
  • Strong data analysis and numericskills attention to details and holistic approach of business(price volume mix brand)..
  • You will have aproven track record of developing innovative and revenue generatingtrade marketing solutions have a proactive approach and a passionfor the automotive and mobility solutions sector and a competencein promoting premium brands and products in a very competitiveenvironment.
  • Understanding of market pricingdynamics and strong background in market intelligence and effectiveusage of both market and researchdata.
  • Experience in managing omnichannelapproach is a must.
  • Prior experience within amultinational is beneficial however familiarity with working in amatrix environment and within a distributor business model isessential.Presentation skills with excellent knowledge of MS officeand PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communicationskills in English you will be able to develop compelling narrativesacross a broad range ofmarkets.
