Job Overview
Planning, implementing, and managing trade marketing programs that support Notions Group's commercial objectives.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective trade marketing initiatives, including promotions, product launches, and merchandising activities across key trade channels and factory outlet. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective trade marketing plans to drive sales and increase market share.
- Create promotional plans and campaigns that support product launches and drive brand awareness across key trade channels, including the factory outlet.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions and merchandising initiatives to improve product visibility and availability.
- Conduct regular analysis of trade marketing programs and initiatives, including ROI and effectiveness of promotional tactics.
- Develop strong relationships with key trade partners to ensure optimal placement, visibility, and execution of trade marketing programs.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for new trade marketing initiatives and programs.
- Ensure that all trade marketing activities are aligned with brand guidelines, product messaging, and sales objectives.
- Provide continuous market and competition reports that monitor promotions, campaigns, new products, advertising, in-store activities in the retail and wholesale landscape, and an updated price index. To make data-driven recommendations for the company's products and promotions
- Manage trade marketing budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure all programs are executed within the agreed-upon budget.
- Managed the factory outlet team, ensuring effective performance and implementing promotional, pricing, and portfolio tactics to maximize sales.
- Manage, monitor, and analyze promoter performance to identify improvement areas and optimization opportunities and ensure effective promotions and events execution.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing or related field, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights to inform trade strategies.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing programs.
- Experience in managing budgets and monitoring expenditures.
- Knowledge of key trade channels and retail environments.
- Proficiency in Retail audit software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
