Summary: LAURUS ORGANICS (www.laurusorganics.com) is looking for a female, outside B2B Sales Junior Sales Executive, who can work as an ambassador to our company and is responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with retail, wholesale, and distribution customers in GCC. She must build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential future sales. Territory: Based in Dubai, but covers GCC. Willing to travel. Requirements: College Bachelor Degree 2 years + experience in B2B beauty sales, in Dubai UAE driver license and own car Fluent in written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus) Knows how to use Basic Microsoft like (PPT, WORD, EXCEL) Organized, self starter, proactive, punctual, presentable, eloquent, independent, team player, strong leadership skills Responsibilities: Support Senior Sales Executive in terms of daily tasks and hit monthly targets. Search and pitch to new customer leads (especially spas and salons) Support Sales and Ops team as needed in warehouse with packing both wholesale and website orders Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers Educate / train customers on products in person Check merchandising of products on regular basis Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers by checking in for feedback regularly Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts Track inventory changes using SAP Prepare, manage and attend expos, festivals, pop ups etc. Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand Sell the company\xe2\x80\x99s products to customers within GCC (open to travel) Monitor the company\xe2\x80\x99s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer\'s specific needs Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Commission Application Question(s): Have you worked in outside B2B sales of beauty or pharmaceuticals products? Have you had at least 2 years of work experience in sales in the UAE? Education: Bachelor\'s (Preferred) Experience: sales of B2B BEAUTY products in the UAE: 2 years (Required) Language: English fluently (written and spoken) (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
