Consultz is supporting a well renowned group holding company in the region to hire an Events & Sponsorship Manager whose primary role is to
p
lan, organize, and execute a wide range of events and sponsorship activities that align with the strategic goals of Group. This role involves managing all aspects of event planning and execution, securing and managing sponsorships, and ensuring that all events and sponsorship initiatives enhance the company’s brand and drive business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, detail-oriented, and has a proven track record in event management and sponsorship acquisition. Key Responsibilities:Event Planning and Management:Develop and implement comprehensive event plans for corporate events, conferences, product launches, and other company-related activities.Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation.Ensure all events are executed within budget and meet the company's quality standards.Sponsorship Acquisition and Management:Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities that align with the company’s brand and business objectives.Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, ensuring fulfillment of sponsorship agreements.Create sponsorship packages and proposals to attract potential sponsors.Budget Management:Prepare and manage budgets for all events and sponsorship activities.Monitor expenses and ensure all activities are within the allocated budget.Marketing and Promotion:Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for events and sponsorships.Ensure all promotional materials are in line with the company’s brand guidelines.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event and sponsorship outcomes.Communicate effectively with senior management, vendors, sponsors, and attendees.Evaluation and Reporting:Assess the effectiveness of events and sponsorships through post-event analysis and reporting.Provide insights and recommendations for future improvements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in event planning and sponsorship management.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
