Capturing relevant data sources internally and externally and supporting their interpretation with our teams and clients will be key. With the support of a senior manager, you will also be responsible for the quality of our data reports for clients, including automation, visualization, and advanced insights like text analytics. This role also includes designing and implementing robust data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, and collaborating with our Data Protection Associate and CTO.Key Responsibilities: Shape, innovate, and execute our data strategy, incorporating data science, machine learning, and AI tools. Establish and execute robust data governance strategies and frameworks, ensuring business goals alignment and compliance with privacy regulations. Oversee the set-up of an enterprise Data Management Center, optimizing data quality, accessibility, and processes. Oversee data capture (namely from external sources), analysis, storage, and retrieval processes, optimizing data quality, accessibility and providing valuable insights. Drive innovation in data management and analytics techniques Partner with a senior manager of your team on leveraging the data analyst team for improved insights, quality of analysis and proactive development of client report.
Implement advanced analytics and machine learning techniques for client models and internal initiatives. Collaborate closely with selected clients and internal teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions. Accompany client pilots on modelling, potentially leading to scalable data science/AI-driven products. Train teams to a data culture, foster a continuous learning and development culture and promote their department throughout the organization. Build and lead a high-performing data team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Act as a Mentor for their team.

Good knowledge of ETL processes and data integration best practices Good knowledge of Cloud Managed Data Solutions (incorporated with Cloud Providers like AWS/Google/Azure or standalone tools like Snowflake) Strong knowledge and coverage (ideally proven experience) of the latest Data Science trends like Data Modeling, LLMs, Automation and AI-related topics around Data manipulation. Strong knowledge of data governance principles, best practices and security standards Experience with data privacy regulations and compliance and their implications on Data Management internally and externally. Experience with data privacy regulations and compliance. Fluency in French and the ability to thrive in a global environment.
