Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team at LANDMARK Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all financial, commercial, and legal activities pertaining to Group Leasing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Assume full responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) and financial budgets across all malls within the GCC region.
  • Commercial Strategy: Drive negotiations for key accounts in collaboration with Group Leasing Heads, and oversee standalone high street sites/locations within the GCC.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Spearhead the generation of Management Information System (MIS) reports and manage all related financial activities, including budgeting and setting internal division Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Market Analysis: Analyze the footfall, retail Gross Leasable Area (GLA), and loyalty programme data across territories, and maintain control over Group's retail rental statistics.
  • Commercial Viability: Utilize a comprehensive understanding to analyze various commercial viabilities for lease offers and rental negotiations.
  • Financial Efficiency: Focus on maximizing financial efficiencies across all areas within the GCC, and control lease rentals/payments to ensure timely schedule adherences.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain relationships with group CEOs, division heads, project managers, territory heads, and finance heads within the GCC.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze and leverage data on group loyalty programmes vs footfall to implement best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in a retail or commercial real estate environment.
  • Proven track record of leading financial teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
