Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Assess Business Risks

The Chief Risk Officer will be responsible for identifying and assessing areas of significant business risk, including operational and financial risks. This will involve conducting risk assessments, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to management on risk mitigation strategies.

Implement Best Audit and Business Practices

The Chief Risk Officer will be responsible for implementing best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements. This will involve developing and implementing policies and procedures, conducting audits, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Manage Resources and Audit Assignments
