Personal Assistant to Executive DirectorWe are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Executive Director. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office by managing various administrative tasks and facilitating effective communication both internally and externally.Key Responsibilities:Manage the Executive Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Assist in handling the Executive Director's social media profiles and online presence, including drafting posts and engaging with followers as directed.Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and facilitating communication as necessary.Undertake other administrative tasks as required, such as managing correspondence, organizing files, and coordinating office supplies.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Experience in dealing with group companies HOD’s.Office time: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday)Joining date: Immediate joining
