**Job Title: Personal Assistant to the CEO**
**As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, **you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive one-on-one support to the Chief Executive Officer. Your duties will encompass managing communications, scheduling, and various administrative tasks essential to ensuring the CEO's operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Compose and handle communications on behalf of the CEO, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Screen, manage, and redirect incoming calls as appropriate.
- Organize and coordinate the CEO's complex travel itineraries and arrangements.
- Schedule, prepare, and coordinate meetings and appointments for the CEO, ensuring prompt follow-up and necessary documentation.
- Take concise notes and prepare minutes during high-level meetings.
- Conduct necessary research and compile reports for the CEO's reference and decision-making.
- Address ad hoc requests promptly and effectively to support the CEO in day-to-day tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Previous experience in a similar role or environment is preferred but not mandatory.
**Education**:
While there are no formal education requirements, relevant experience and the possession of professional skills are crucial to excel in this role.
**Salary**: From AED2,500.00 per month
