Position: Group Director of Wellbeing Operations - Luxury Hotel GroupMain requirements:
Experience in the Luxury hospitality sectorRegional experience in Europe, Asia, or USA cluster/regional experience is necessary - please do not apply if you are currently Director of Spa/Director of Wellness for only one hotel/resort/spaStrong financial and revenue acumenLeads a cluster of hotels or has an area responsibility leading multiple hotels across various countriesExperience in Spa, Revenue, Sales & Marketing
Main duties and responsibilities:
Drive annual revenue target for the Wellness operations of the Group, considering strategic objectives and market trends at global, regional, and local levels.Stay updated on market trends and practices, monitor and analyze competition offerings, pricing, and quality standards.Introduce products and services to enhance the competitive advantage of Business Units and support sales achievement.Collaborate with Business Units and General Managers to analyze requirements, local cultural characteristics, and market needs to introduce wellness solutions that improve guest satisfaction, promote the brand image, and comply with Group standards.Implement annual wellness campaigns in collaboration with Group Sales & Marketing.Drive operational performance standards for Localization Quality Assurance/Forbes/Medallia.Evaluate and oversee Group and key individual properties Key Performance Indicators.Review monthly group performance with Corporate Finance business partner.Prepare department budget, monitor financial performance versus budget, identify areas of unsatisfactory performance, rectify promptly, and capitalize on performance improvement opportunities.Liaise with all Wellness/Spa Directors and Managers to consolidate quarterly wellness contents for brand social media.Guide operating equipment selection throughout the guest journey from arrival to departure.
Ideal candidate qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or relevant field from an accredited and renowned University.More than 5 years of experience managing spa operations teams, including corporate level, hotel, and pre-opening experience.Experience in developing corporate curriculum of measurable culture-building initiatives and creating management and associate development training programs incorporating best practices.
