Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement HR initiatives that drive business results. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) is a plus. Due to diversity requirements within the business, a western candidate is preferred however, we are open to discussions with aligned and experienced candidates.
