Managing Director Jobs in Dubai |MerkleJob Responsibilities:
Manage the Merkle MENA P&L against budget and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of revenue and profitEstablish strategic relationships with key clients’ C-level stakeholders and act as a point of reference, client escalation and issue managementDeliver on business strategy and continue year on year growth through developing client portfolio, championing integrated client solutions and driving new business development in line with Merkle’s scope of work and capabilitiesLead, inspire and guide the Merkle MENA team and ensure leadership development and succession/retention plans are in place to ensure continued success at the highest levelWork with other local dentsu service lines (creative, media) on leveraging cross- and upsell opportunitiesPromote a high performing, innovative, collaborative and client-centric culture with people/talent at the heartMaintain an active profile within Merkle, the CXM Service Line, dentsu and the marketing industry and be a recognised industry expert and thought leader; continuing to build the multi-disciplined capability profile of Merkle MENAProactively champion a diverse and inclusive work environment and seek to hire, promote and retain a diverse team of highly engaged and motivated business leaders
Job Requirements:
Connected and experienced within the MENA marketSignificant proven industry experience including extensive experience in relevant roles and operating at a strategic management levelExperience managing agency P&LExperience with senior client relationship management, go-to-market, and business development strategy,Proven track record of delivering on sales and growth targetsStrong commercial mindset, experience managing large portfolio of senior clientsExcellent leadership skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong strategic thinking and understanding of business models and agency processesDriven, takes ownership and responsibility for work, is proactive not reactive
