The Vendor Alliance Manager is responsible for initiating, developing, expanding and growing the partnership of identified existing or potential partners and will be the business interface between Bespin Global and key selected partners. In addition, will be responsible for leading joint initiatives defining and ensuring the successful execution of solution opportunities and go-to-market programs with designated partners.
Job DescriptionBespineers Conduct• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.• Handle conflicts in a professional and constructive manner.• Aim for high-quality work and continuously look for ways to improve.• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude, such as accepting feedback politely and remaining calm and professional when faced with challenges, to contribute to a more productive and pleasant work environment.• Work as part of a team, be willing to help others, communicate effectively and be willing to adapt to reach team goals.• Act as role models, demonstrating Bespin Motto, behaviors, and ethics that Bespin aspires to uphold.Vendor Management• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key technology vendors in the cloud ecosystem, including major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and other technology partners.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to identify opportunities for joint initiatives and align alliance activities with business objectives.• Drive the development and execution of alliance strategies, including joint marketing campaigns, sales enablement programs, and co-selling initiatives, to drive revenue growth and market expansion.• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners at all levels, from executive leadership to field sales and technical teams, to ensure alignment of goals and priorities.• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor partners, coordinating regular business reviews, joint planning sessions, and other strategic meetings to foster collaboration and alignment.• Identify new partnership opportunities and evaluate potential vendors for strategic alignment and value to our business.• Negotiate and manage vendor agreements, including terms, pricing, and incentives, to maximize the value of our partnerships and drive mutual success.• Monitor and track alliance performance metrics, including revenue growth, pipeline development, and customer satisfaction, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and vendor partners.• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace and adjust strategies accordingly.• Represent Bespin Global at industry events, conferences, and partner summits to promote our brand, build relationships with key stakeholders, and explore new partnership opportunities.Job SpecificationEducation• Bachelor’s degree in business management, or any related fieldProfessional Certifications• Microsoft, AWS or Google Cloud CertificationsKnowledge• Principles and best practices of vendor management and contract negotiations.• Being able to develop and execute alliance strategies.• Experience in creating and launching a channel program.• Understand & can articulate market segmentation with the value it brings to the sales process.• Proven project management background and capabilities.• Critical thinking and problem resolution.• Ability to understand complex discounting and pricing structures.• Works well in a matrix environment with both sales and non- sales departments.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing, fast-paced and demanding environment.• Ability to influence with strong negotiation skills in getting buy- in from multiple stakeholders.• Handled large-scale partnerships and ecosystem development projects.Copyright 2023 BESPIN GLOBAL "an e& enterprise company" .All Rights Reserved.
