Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to client inquiries by providing sales orders and quotations for new RFID products and services. Maintain a record of issued sales orders and quotes, ensuring timely follow-ups.Accurately calculate charges for software licensing, annual fees, professional services, and hardware shipments. Prepare and send invoices promptly, ensuring accuracy and receipt confirmation.Monitor timely payments and handle outstanding invoices, maintaining acceptable metrics for Average Days Delinquent (ADD) and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Generate and maintain monthly and annual financial reports tracking billing, sales, and expenses.Update internal billing records, manage client payment history, and ensure accurate client account details. Collaborate with the Finance Department to reconcile discrepancies and create new client and supplier accounts.Correspond with clients via phone/email, addressing billing inquiries, providing account statements, and ensuring smooth after-sales relationships. Manage technical certificates and oversee training requirements for clients.Handle administrative tasks for inbound/outbound hardware shipments, collaborating with teams to ensure timely deliveries. Prepare necessary documentation for shipments, such as packing slips and commercial invoices.Issue purchase and service orders, track inbound shipments, and ensure timely payment processing. Foster positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.Support the sales team by handling inquiries and orders, identifying sales process improvements, and ensuring efficient sales and marketing operations. Maintain a client contact list and engage potential clients regularly.Manage budgets, prepare expense reports, and track expenditures, maintaining Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) metrics for hardware sales.Basic Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Effective communication skills with the flexibility to work varying hours.Proficiency in software such as Salesforce, Smart Sheet, and Zoho CRM.Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in an agile environment and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.Experience in SaaS Sales/Implementation in the Aviation/Aerospace industry preferred.Role Specifics:Reports to the Managing Director of EAM RFID Solutions.Full-time position with flexibility; a hybrid work setup in Dubai Media City (office & remote work).Contactable during various hours of the day.Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.com
