Holiday Best Gulf, a leading travel company in Dubai, is searching for a motivated and results-oriented Outbound Travel Sales Head to join our dynamic teamAre you passionate about travel and possess a proven track record of exceeding sales targets? Do you thrive in building relationships and igniting wanderlust in others? If so, then this exciting opportunity is for youIn this role, you will:Develop and implement successful sales plans and strategies for the outbound travel market in the UAESet ambitious sales targets and motivate your team (if applicable) to achieve themConduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curveIdentify and qualify potential clients, guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to closing the dealFoster strong and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their travel dreams become realityAnalyze sales data and generate insightful reports to optimize future sales effortsStay up-to-date on industry trends and exciting new travel destinationsRequirementsTo be successful, you'll ideally have:3+ years of experience in outbound sales (travel industry experience a strong plus)A demonstrably successful track record of exceeding sales targets and quotasExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phoneCompelling presentation skills to effectively convey the value of your travel packagesA genuine passion for travel and exploring new destinations (experience with different destinations is a bonus)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Working knowledge of a Content Management System (CMS)Experience managing travel business accounts, with a focus on securing corporate travel contracts (a plus)A deep understanding of the UAE travel market and its current trendsPrior experience working with clients in the UAE (experience in Dubai is a plus)A positive and results-oriented attitude with a drive to succeed
