Job Title: Field Marketing Manager - Middle EastJob DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Middle East Field Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of field marketing experience, emphasizing on channel marketing. This role will play a key part in driving demand generation, increasing brand awareness, and supporting our channel partners in the Middle East region.Key Responsibilities
Developing and executing comprehensive field marketing plans tailored to the Middle East market to drive demand generation and lead acquisition.Aligning marketing strategies with regional sales goals to ensure cohesive and effective execution.Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners to support their marketing efforts and drive joint marketing initiatives.Developing and managing channel marketing programs, including co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and events to increase deal registrations and sales opportunities.Coordinating with the global marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate leads and nurture prospects.Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to optimize marketing activities and achieve lead generation targets.Enhancing Seclore's brand presence in the Middle East by promoting key messages, case studies, and thought leadership content.Planning, organizing, and executing regional events to engage prospects and customers.Ensuring successful event execution and follow-up activities to maximize lead conversion.Delivering training and marketing materials to equip channel partners with the tools they need to market and sell effectively.Collaborating with the sales team to ensure partners are aligned with sales objectives and marketing initiatives.Conducting market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Providing feedback to the product and marketing teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.Creating and proofing marketing materials, such as press releases and webpages.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.5-8 years of experience in field marketing, with a strong focus on channel marketing.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and programs.Proficient in English and Arabic with a strong understanding of the Middle East market.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, Splash, Asana, etc.Excellent budget management ability and vendor negotiation skills.Willingness to travel within the Middle East region for field marketing activities.
