Privacy NoticeField Marketing ManagerDubai / CLEVERTAP – Marketing / Full-Time / Hybrid About the Role: As a Field Marketing manager, you will be responsible for planning and organizing key events from start to finish so as to enable marketing leads/ funnel. What will you do: - Prepare end to end plan for events in consultation with Marketing and Sales teams including ROI from events - Identify relevant industry events for CleverTap to attend in order to create brand visibility - Negotiating with the vendors and get exclusive positioning for CleverTap in events like global trade shows, virtual summits, thought leadership programs to create brand awareness - Identifying target audience inline with CleverTap product marketing audience to increase funnel for the Sales and Partnership team - Running standalone CleverTap summits like CXO meet-ups, leadership programmes etc to increase funnel growth - Own annual event marketing strategy for targeted region to ensure execution and measurement - Liaise with Sales to understand their requirements from events, and plan accordingly Must have: - 2 years of experience in Field Marketing for SaaS products - Working Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Email Marketing tools Good to have: - MBA in Marketing - Experience in content writing Measures of Success: - #MQL / SQL Leads - # of events, mixers, meetups per quarter - # of registration/ participation - Brand Visibility - Share of Voice - Event budget adherence Key Competencies: - Functional: Client Management, Vendor Management, Collaboration with different functions, Social marketing skills - Behavioral: Team player, communication, social etiquettes, attention to detail Who you will report to: Director - Field Marketing - Be a part of a global growth stage startup - Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your contribution matters - You are passionate about technology and its impact on the high growth mobile technology space - Innovate at scale, with learning opportunities - Be a part of a global category creator - hyper growth B2B SaaS startup - Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your contribution matters - Work, performance and results are real sources of happiness in addition to the fun of working with and celebrating success with an exceptionally talented team - Accountability and driving outcomes is the key to success - Your career here is limited by you and nothing else - Teamwork trumps individual success - You are passionate about experience technology and its impact on enabling growth - Innovate at scale, with learning opportunities and having fun along the way About the Function: The Marketing team at CleverTap is passionate about positioning CleverTap as a category creator and a thought leader brand in the retention cloud category globally.
