As the Learning and Development Manager at Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai, you will lead the learning and development function, ensuring the professional growth and skill development of colleagues. Your responsibilities will include designing training programs, managing talent development initiatives, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.Key Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement training programs aligned with the company's strategic goals and employee development needs.Create engaging and effective learning materials and resources.Identify skill gaps and development opportunities for colleagues.Collaborate with department heads to design and execute tailored development plans.Implement mentorship and coaching programs.Conduct training sessions and workshops for colleagues at various levels.Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions.Ensure training effectiveness and gather feedback for improvements.Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms to deliver and track training programs.Stay updated on learning technologies and trends.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.Make necessary adjustments and improvements based on evaluations.Manage the learning and development budget, including cost-effective training solutions.Ensure efficient allocation of resources.Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.Foster employee engagement and enthusiasm for learning.Ensure compliance with training regulations and industry standards.Prepare reports on training metrics and outcomes for management.Lead and manage the learning and development team, providing guidance and support.Collaborate with HR colleagues to align talent development efforts with HR strategies.Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
