And were absolutely committed to building a culture where our people can do just that.We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager Business Development Global Incorporations.Purpose of the RoleDevelop and implement commercial/sales plan for Global IncorporationsScopeWork closely with Team Leads in Global Incorporations in Dubai to develop and implement commercial/sales plan with key objectives and metrics towards building and generating new opportunities for Global Incorporations (offshore business) in the UAEKey responsibilitiesAssist in the development of Vistra brand awareness and promoting Global Incorporations (former Company Formation) services to potential clients through sales and marketing campaignsCapable in securing newnew business and closing of related opportunitiesEstablishing and nurturing new business referral relationshipsMarketing of Vistra to professional intermediaries chambers of commerce banks family offices and end clientsAble to work with Global Incorporations Relationship Managers and Service Delivery teams to drive Vistras business vision brand and services on behalf of Global Incorporations U.K. and EuropeIdentify and crossrefer opportunities to other business units where applicableOther adhoc tasks as the role may requireAttributes / Technical SkillsSelfstarter with the ability to interact in the UAE marketplace to build opportunities to grow Global Incorporations business in the UAEAble to identify market trends and client needs towards being able to assist in redefining Vistras service offeringsEffective communication/ presentation skills with the ability to provide nontechnical explanations to technical matters and summarize and present information in a clear concise and accurate written and verbal formResultsoriented and numeric capable in tracking and recording activity on client proposals and close dealsWith potential to deal with individual and cultural differences and able to establish effective relationships with colleagues and clients alikeHaving a strong existing network of contacts in the UAE market would be an asset.Relevant Experience5 to 7 years experience in business development roles gained in a corporate fiduciary or financial services setting (or similar professional services sector)Education and Professional QualificationDegree in Business Communications Commerce/Economics Accounting or Law or other relevant disciplinesIf you are excited about working with us we encourage you to apply or have a confidential chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team members.
