If you're ready to be part of an organization that values your contributions and offers ample opportunities for growth, we'd love to hear from you.The roleThe Business Development Manager is pivotal in driving the growth of RAK ICC by establishing and nurturing robust, ongoing pipelines of agents and broadening the organization's territorial footprint. This role is crucial for devising, endorsing, and achieving the strategic goals of the Business Development department, including the formulation and execution of action plans for systemic enhancements as needed. Additionally, the Business Development Manager is responsible for leading and mentoring the business development team, ensuring they are equipped and motivated to meet objectives across all assigned regions.The responsibilitiesBusiness Development & Relationship Management-Manage and cultivate long-term relationships with registered agents and key stakeholders, using a consultative approach to promote RAKICC's products and services.-Proactively build and maintain a robust network and pipeline of targeted clients, in collaboration with the marketing team, to organize promotional events aimed at achieving business development objectives.-Enhance the development and training of registered agents to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.-Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the industry.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business partners and key industry contacts.Market Analysis-Monitor and analyze market trends and demands, aligning product and service innovations with agent needs and global standards.-Stay informed about competitors and market opportunities to strategically position RAK ICC in the marketplace.Relationship Management-Foster close professional relationships with business partners and potential agents to gather feedback for improving RAK ICC's product portfolio and customer experience.-Enhance the development and training of registered agents to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.-Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet clients' specific needs and requirements.Brand Promotion-Lead and participate in industry events, such as exhibitions, conferences, and workshops, to stay abreast of industry developments and promote RAK ICC.-Utilize these platforms for networking, knowledge sharing, and highlighting RAK ICC's contributions to the industry.ReportingProvide regular reports on business development activities, offering insights to refine strategies, identify necessary actions, and explore alternative approaches.Required Experience-Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.-Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or any relevant sales and marketing certifications can be beneficial.-A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related area within the industry or a similar field.-Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities.-Strategic planning & financial acumen.-Market analysis capabilities-Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce)-Prior experience in company incorporation field.We can't wait to learn more about you and your qualifications Please submit your resume and any other relevant materials as soon as possible.
